1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). When you use Listora to generate listing copy, we store the property data you input and the resulting generated content in your account history.

We also collect standard usage data through our hosting provider (Vercel), including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Listora service
To generate listing copy using your submitted property data
To store your generation history in your account
To process payments via Stripe
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or property data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate Listora:

Supabase — authentication and database
Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI generation (your property data is sent to Claude to generate copy)
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and generation history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request data deletion at any time from your account page.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use row-level security in our database to ensure users can only access their own data. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Cookies

Listora uses cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your data from your account page or by contacting us directly. For residents of the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

Listora is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Listora after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
