Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Listora (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listora is an AI-powered copywriting tool for real estate professionals. It generates listing descriptions, social media captions, email copy, and other content based on property data you provide. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Listora offers a paid subscription at $39/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have paid for. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use Listora to generate real estate listing copy for legitimate real estate purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell access to the Service

8. Content and Ownership

You own the property data you submit and the copy generated from it. Listora grants you a non-exclusive license to use generated content for your real estate business. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing. Listora is an assistive tool — final copy decisions are yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, error-free, or compliant with any particular MLS rules. You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable real estate regulations, MLS guidelines, and fair housing laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
